Tempo Assist

Led the frontend area for Tempo Assist, a Brazilian assistance-services company, building user-facing portals and dashboards in Vue 3 and React 18. As a cross-team lead spanning the client's eight squads, I owned standardization, code review, architecture and project structure for the insurance products.

I designed a Design System using GitHub Packages and npm, standardizing components and documentation across internal and external products, and mentored developers with regular feedback sessions to unblock technical work.
