Joined Bentley's clean-energy software division as Frontend Tech Lead, stepping in for the outgoing lead in the final phase of a project that built a workflow-control dashboard for the maintenance of wind-turbine (clean-energy) equipment. I oversaw code quality, team output and the rollout of new application versions.

I defined the architecture and best practices in Vue 3, React 19 and TypeScript, introduced unit and end-to-end testing, and set up a Design System documented in Storybook. As most of the team came from a backend background, I mentored the developers on the frontend frameworks, ran 1:1s and owned the release process.
