Inside the First EWOR Operators Day
“The first members of a team are one of a startup's biggest success factors.”

What an incredible experience it was to take part in the first EWOR Operators Day.
Out of thousands of applications, only 600 people made it through — and being part of that selection already says a lot about the level of the event.
It was inspiring to watch 14 EWOR fellows present more than 60 founder-level opportunities to a room full of brilliant people: C-level leaders who have been through IPOs, folks from OpenAI, Palantir, Amazon, Google and Microsoft, serial founders with big exits, maths-olympiad winners, hackathon champions — people who genuinely move the machine.
More than pitches, it was about connections.
The event drives home a point the ecosystem often underrates: the first members of a team are one of a startup's biggest success factors. Operators Day exists to bring those two worlds together — visionary founders and the professionals who can build the future.
A special thank-you goes to Stefano Angelero, for the connection with such incredible people and for opening the doors that make experiences like this possible.
